Stray Chords Ceilidh Band is a family band from North Yorkshire, named after 200 acres of common land known as "The Stray" in their home town of Harrogate. The band plays lively traditional folk music for barn dances and ceilidhs.

No previous dance experience necessary! Stray Chords bring their own experienced dance caller to teach you the moves.

Philip & Joyce Rowe (accordion & fiddle) are best known as key members of the renowned Knotted Chord. They are joined by their sons Benjamin (fiddle) and Joshua (bass).

A barn dance is the perfect celebration for most occasions - weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, PTAs, church and community events. Stray Chords also plays at folk dance clubs around North Yorkshire.

The band is available for bookings in Harrogate and the surrounding area. Contact Philip for more details.
